Andreou Kyriakos

Kyriakos Andreou is the Territory Strategy, Clients & Markets Leader of PwC Greece and a member of the Executive Committee. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of Great Britain and Cyprus.

Kyriakos joined PwC in 1995. During the first three years he was a member of the Statutory Audits team, involved in the preparation of financial statements and IFRS Compliance. For the last 23 years he is providing consulting services to some of the largest Groups of Companies in the Greek market, across multiple sectors such as banking, technology, energy, shipping and retail.

During his career Kyriakos has led projects regarding Statutory Audits, Preparation of financial statements and IFRS Compliance, Business Process Improvements, Programme and Change Management, Business Restructuring & Transformation, Performance Monitoring & Reporting, Cost cutting, Strategy and Business Planning, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit Sourcing, Regulations, SOX Compliance, Risk assessments, re-organisation of internal control systems, Fraud & Forensics.
