Karountzou Georgia

Georgia has 18 years of professional experience in Strategic Leadership in the fields of Corporate Affairs & Communications, Human Resources and Retail Management. Currently and as of June 2020, she is the Cluster Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) for Greece, Cyprus & Malta.  Previously she was the Head of People & Organization and Head of Corporate Affairs of MARS Inc. for the East Med Cluster (Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Israel, Palestine). Between 2005-2010 she was an Executive Team Leader for Target Corporation in Chicago Illinois.  Georgia studied in Chicago and holds a master’s degree in HR Management and Organizational Development and a double bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing.
