Toufexi Stefania

Stefania is a social worker with experience with trauma survivors, development and management of aftercare programs, strategic planning and team leadership.  She has been working with the A21 Campaign since 2013 as a Social Worker in Aftercare for Human Trafficking Survivors and in 2023 she was promoted to Aftercare Manager.  Since 2023, she is the Regional Aftercare Manager for Europe and Africa.  Stefania has also worked as a social worker at the Thessaloniki Day Unit for Autism “Elpida” or “Hope.” She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete.

She speaks fluent English.
